Returns Policy

ZENgara takes great pride in the quality of our garments however if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we will happily offer an exchange or store credit note. Due to the exclusive nature of ZENgara products we do not offer refunds unless it is deemed to be faulty.

Returns must be made within 7 days for an online store credit note or exchange. Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Please note that postage fees for returns are to be covered by the customer, any lost or damaged items due to postage will not be accepted for a return.

Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn. All tags must remain in place. No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty or required by law. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please email info@zengara.com.au.

As this is a PO Box address, do not add a 'signature on delivery' requirement to the parcel. This may result in extended delays.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

ZENgara is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend using a tracking delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Once ZENgara has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a credit note or exchange is issued.

ZENgara reserves the right to deny a credit note or exchange if items returned are used, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender.

You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a credit note or exchange.

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us.
